Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at PureVella. We are committed to delivering your premium orders safely and efficiently. Currently, we offer shipping services within the United States only.
1. Delivery Timelines & Order Cut-Off Time
Please refer to our standard domestic transit and handling timelines below:
- Transit Time: 6 to 9 Working Days (Monday to Friday). This is the typical timeframe outside of unexpected carrier delays.
- Handling/Processing Time: 3 to 4 Working Days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Note: Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time (3-4 days) + Transit Time (6-9 days) = 9 to 13 Business Days.
2. Shipping Costs, Carrier & Taxes
- Shipping Cost: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the USA.
- Taxes & Fees: All prices and figures are listed in USD. We do not charge any hidden memberships, handling fees, or additional taxes at checkout.
- Delivery Terms: We primary partner with reliable local carriers including UPS to ensure secure delivery.
3. Change of Address & Multiple Destinations
- Change of Address: We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. If you need to modify the shipping destination, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@purevella.store or text us at +1 (314) 717-0381.
- Multiple Addresses: We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want items delivered to different locations, please place those orders separately.
4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during checkout and the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-send the product.
5. Shipment Delays & Tracking
- Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can happen. We will contact you immediately if your order is delayed for more than 11 business days.
- Tracking an Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you notice that a package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please take relevant photos and contact us for the next steps.
