Returns

If you wish to return your item for any other reason, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

    •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging
    •    Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Subscriptions

We’d like to inform you about an important update to our subscription policy.

When you choose a subscription plan at a discounted price, each upcoming order is processed automatically. Because of this, once your subscription order has already been billed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to cancel or refund it on short notice.

For example:

If you subscribed in August and your next order was billed in September, that September order is already being fulfilled by our team and cannot be cancelled.

You will, however, be able to cancel your subscription before your next upcoming month (October, in this case).

We understand mistakes can happen, and we encourage customers to review the subscription details carefully when checking out. To help, we can provide a screenshot of the subscription option selected at the time of purchase.

We appreciate your understanding and support as this update allows us to keep offering discounted subscription pricing while ensuring smooth operations for all customers.

 DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
If it's not too much trouble, investigate your request upon gathering and reach us right away assuming the thing is inadequate, harmed, or on the other hand assuming you get some unacceptable thing with the goal that we can assess the issue and make it right.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We don't charge a restocking expense on returns.

F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund Tax & Shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
